Overall I am very happy with my new refrigerator. Very spacious and I love the fact that the shelves are not split down the middle like my last refrigerator which actually gives more room for food storage. The lighting is great so things are easy to find. My only complaint is the door shelves. Yes, they are deep and easily fit a gallon of milk or 2 liter bottles of soda, wine bottles, etc. however the plastic is so cheaply made and do not secure very well. I have a few times already hit the bottom door shelf with my foot and the entire shelf came crashing down spilling the contents. Very annoying. I don't understand why they decided to be flimsy with the door shelves.

Time will tell. So far we are happy with our fridge but we haven't had very long. One thing I don't like is all the plastic inside. We also don't like the fact the doors all most have to slam to close them. Time will tell how long it last.

Very pleased with our new Frigidaire freezer refrigerator. We were limited to a 30 inch cabinet space and were happy to find a spacious 20.5 cu. ft that fits. There is plenty of space and we still have room to spare! The unit got cold very quickly after arrival and the temperature is much easier to regulate than our old unit. This refrigerator also runs very quietly. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

This review comes only a few weeks after purchase, but so far so good. Relatively quiet, holds a stable temp, door closes and seals nicely. Two minor issues- when switching the door swing removing the handle left a scrape on the finish, unavoidable given the design. And the back has only rollers and they are not adjustable for height, so shimming is necessary if your floor isn't perfectly level.

Like the great spacious door storage capacity and the nice study shelving but not happy that the freezer door open with every close of the fridge door and stays open. Not balanced well, I don™€™t think so , the fridge door though all the things like sauces, condiments, and many others shut with out opening when freezer is closed. Got a solution besides getting a baby safety latch which is what we™€™re going to have to do or loose hundreds in freezer food at times.

On 12/17/23 I bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes. This refrigerator quit working 02/16/23 resulting in having to throw away the food inside. The Frigidaire repairman came and requested a complete replacement as the refrigerator was not repairable. I was instructed by Frigidaire to return to Lowes to receive a refund and purchase another refrigerator. I returned to Lowes, received a full refund and purchased another Frigidaire refrigerator. Days later I received my second Frigidaire refrigerator. Keep in mind that this process by now has resulted in myself not having a refrigerator for 3 weeks. Fast forward to 04/11/23 and the second Frigidaire refigerator has stopped cooling resulting in having to once again throw away my food and be without a refrigerator. BY THE WAY, FRIGIDAIRE WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR YOUR FOOD LOSSES. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF WITH A COOLER AND DRY ICE. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!!

A huge disappointment

I purchased this refrigerator because it doesn't have the typical coil back, purchased new because I thought it would work. Of the screws to fasten the handles that were supposed to be packed in the handles, only one existed. I taped the top so we could get into the fridge. No handle was able to be attached to the freezer. The biggest disappointment is that the refrigerator has not been able to regulate itself and has frozen and rotted HUNDREDS of dollars of valuable food. Will never purchase this brand again.

I went back to a top freezer refrigerator after having the bottom freezer french door type for 7 years. And I love it! I had this kind years ago but felt like the bottom freezer type had more space. But having a big freezer in the garage didn't need it. Actually, I feel like it is about the same room. I know the Frigidaire is such a good name brand and I won't ever have any other brand.

Unit came in with 3 blemishes. Decided to keep it. Plugged in and went to bed. plugged at 8pm and at 8 am next day. Freezer at -1 and refrigerator at 49 call you then Lowes then Lowes distribution. Could not another unit till March 5. The dings and workmenship faulty on your part. Was this United tested? Cancelled the sale and received another brand from Home Depot. Profits over Quality is not successful.
