I had a learning curve with this unit as my old one one was Convection/Micro only. Air frying is new to me. Went to the book and got my answers. The appliance is so attractive in the kitchen. I recently installed this microwave and I™€™m glad I choose this brand and model. Looks sleek and nice but the best part is it really works well. We have cooked muffins, pies, and pizzas with the convection setting. The defrost setting works awesome. The air fryer works better than my oven air fryer. This unit works great in our kitchen and is great having a second little oven. It would be great in a camper/ live in van also.

Very nice, but failed in 3 months.

I really like this convection oven/microwave. It looks nice and is easy to use. However it failed in the middle of baking a chicken after about 8 uses in 3 months. Frigidaire sent out a repairman and they are working on getting some parts on warranty. A house call repairman is a great sign they will stand behind their warranty. I am very disappointed the oven failed so soon, but it looks like it will get fixed. The warranty phone number is answered by an ™€œAI™€ which is really annoying. I really like the product though. If they get this oven fixed I will be a loyal customer for future appliances.

Great microwave when it worked. 5 months into owning the microwave, while air frying it just died. Support was quick to send someone out, but after two trips and a few hours of them ripping the microwave apart, a decent amount of internals needed to be replaced with with parts back ordered into next year. Quite disappointing that appliances don™€™t last more than 6 months and when calling for support I was offered the extended warranty. Almost seems like a setup - you build poor quality appliances to just turn around and try and sell me an extended warranty that was almost half the cost of the microwave. Frigidaire you need to do better.

This appliance can microwave, convection cook, and air fry. I got rid of my countertop air fryer. It cooks evenly but takes a little bit longer. I find most temperatures need to go up by 25 degrees. I love it!

So far I am very pleased with my purchase. I had a Samsung microwave before that was in the house when we purchased it. We were not happy with it and as soon as it started to make some noise and not cook properly we changed it out. This unit has an air fryer and convection oven both are an upgrade from previous model. This unit also has a very clean and finished look which is very nice.

We enjoyed this Microwave for the five weeks it worked. Of course, that was after the time had passed to return it to the store. We called to get it repaired. They sent out a tech to see what needed to be replaced. We have been waiting six months for parts. They keep saying they will be here next month. Of course all the responses back from Frigidaire are all the same.

I believe this will be a wonderful asset to our kitchen. The only issue I have with it is it seems as though Frigidaire did not do trials with this appliance otherwise there would be more specific instructions and recipes on how to prepare meals. So now it™€™s a guessing game on cooking times and how to use the multifunctions of the appliance. The ninja air fryer we have is way more user friendly and we were expecting the same sort of instructions, however we did not, this was disappointing.

This is a very versitile microwave. Use it as a micowave, but it also has a convection oven in it (which will be great for extra cooking space for Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). The sleek design is very high end. Very easy to use, the stainless steel interior is very easy to clean.

Needs a backlit panel. Very challenging to read display without all kitchen lights on. Door swing is wide relative to other units I owned but it may be because of cooking space. Buttons are sensitive to touch. Better more ergonomic door grab or have it on bottom edge bs side to limit perspectipn of large door size and swing.

Wasn't sure I was going to like the new microwave without the exterior handle but the new one has a much sleeker look. Love that it also comes with the additional 10 second button - especially for melting butter when 30 seconds is just too much. Can't wait to try the air-fry option. We have it with the oven, but things don't come out so well in it and believe it's just because the oven has so much more of a larger open capacity.

Screws inside rust in just a few months

Do not buy this microwave. I have it less than 4 months and all of the screws inside are rusted. Tech support told me that they do not cover rust and they do not sell replacement screws. I am afraid to keep using it due to the amount of rust inside. Do not waste your money on this product.

We are still referring to the manual occasionally, but we are trying the different capabilities: the usual microwave, the convection, as well as the air fryer. Getting used to the new controls is a bit of a learning curve for us old folks, but its been fun and the results have all been good. And the light shining down on the stovetop is outstanding.
