I absolutely love my LG AeroTower. I currently have it up in my main bedroom and I wake up less often without the annoyance of allergies. The AeroTower when left on auto is always getting the job done. Odors pollutants all are gone with this machine. The AeroTower is very quiet so I ensure you it will not keep you up at night. . Uv sensor broke within 9 months . Warranty service is an extremely cumbersome process. Shipped the item back for repair note that this is a huge unit weighing over 30 lbs yet one month later hasnt heard anything back from LG

We purchased the AeroTower for our primary living space due to the high risk of wildfires in California. The device operates quietly often going unnoticed but it ramps up to level six or seven automatically when were cooking. It efficiently eliminates cooking odors in approximately 30 minutes when the fan is set to a moderate speed. The integration with the LG ThinQ app is a great feature and the controls are straightforward and easy to use.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I am amazed at how well it works. The auto fan function is really convenient for adjusting air flow when it detects dirty air. Its super quiet on the 4th fan speed and below. Above that you can hear it but it doesnt really get too loud until around 7 or 8.

LG is Life is Good but LG makes me Life is hard. Ordered the air purifying fan on July 12 and even though I requested to have the product the next days shipment it came on 5 days later which is the 17th. Doesnt make sense. Second I ordered a new air purifying fan but LG sent me the open box one or a refurbished one to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. The product has a scratch on it the remote control doesnt have a battery and the manual with the remote control plastic bag is opened furthermore the product is not cleaned up. The weirdest thing is I found the return label in the box. LG sent a refurbished one or an open box one to me. I bought the new one. Is this company that deceives consumers? Third customer service. What does the call center do? Just keep saying replacement will be shipped and send back the first one. The call center does not belong to LG electric. They asked me to email LG Electric because I would like to receive a sincere apology. It gives me a hard time in many ways. The customers time and energy to process it over an hour on the phone are not worth considering but they only read the manual.

Noticeably Cleaner Air

Have been using the air cleaner tower for nearly a month. Runs every day Can feel the difference. The only weird normal? event related to running a humidifier At the save time. The Air purifier tells me the Air is always unhealthy. Cant quite figure out what its detecting. Regardless very happy with the performance and would highly recommend.

I am impressed by how quiet airflow is. Of course one can hear the sound on high but not low settings. The particle sensor is very sensitive and can identify the effect of an open window or a door ajar in a few seconds. I would appreciate it if the app could be used to alert me of an unusual event while away from home like an alarm. But it is a change to the software as the hardware can do it.

Im so glad I bought this when the air quality here in the East Coast is bad because of the wildfires in Canada these days. I always check the weather and air quality on the weather app and on days when the air quality is bad I feel relieved to see this air purifier working hard. Another bonus is that the design is pretty so its really good to liven up the atmosphere in the house.

Great Buy Given Smokiness...

Honestly I bought this as it was on sale. As it is the HEPA filters requiring roughly annual replacement are not inexpensive. And one other point: it is very heavy and as that weight is at the bottom it is unlikely to be tipped over. As I have some asthma I decided to try this All said it works just fine - very quiet if on 4 or below. My other noticed a change in the air immediately. Me not so much. Then we had the Canadian Smokies invade NY The number all jumped strongly suggesting closing AND locking windows. And with a bit of time those numbers dropped to something reasonable. It was interesting to watch the 1 2.5 and 10 micron particle levels change. While most industrial emitters are regulated at the 2.5 micron level the even smaller and presumably more dangerous 1 micron particles are accounted for. I do not know if the scale is absolute or some relative one but you can get an idea of what you are inhaling. Even while you sleep. It also has a UV component but there is no way of knowing what that is doing. Does it kill COVID or Flu viruses - unknown. We are very satisfied.

Good Unit...BUT...poor WIFI capabilities

So far we are very happy with the performance of this machine. After much testing and communication over many hours and days technical support they were unable to solve the WIFI connection problem. They suggested that my WIFI needs to be reconfigured. I have two different WIFI abilities and they both work very well with all kinds of different devices. Why is this such an issue with the Air Purifier? Perhaps a redesign in this would bring the rating up to 5 Stars.

This is the second fan of this model that we have bought in the last year. Very effective with excellent choices of how the air will be dispensed and directed - better than their competitors. Weve had the new one a few weeks in the master bedroom and were still make adjustments to accommodate our sleep patterns. We love the one in the great room so much that we decided to get a second one when it went on sale. These units really do a good job of cleaning the air reducing dust buildup and making the air smell fresh. It was also pretty easy to unbox and set up. Not all the controls are intuitive so keeping the manual is a good idea.

Feature wise it is magnificent 3 different types of sensors for different sized particles. 3 ways to control the unit top of unit remote control application. Space-Age Device with ALL the Features

This is the most advanced aesthetic and capable air purifier Ive ever owned. Unboxing and setup was intuitive. Connecting to wifi took some work which may have been partially user error but once set up the ThinQ app lets you and anyone else you allow control the thing with your phones or tablets which is VERY convenient when the remote isnt handy. Just using the device as a fan is satisfying. It is powerful has three dispersal patterns as in wide-gusty wind for room-cooling direct focused air and indirect circulation for winter that moves air from the top of the unit in a way that doesnt chill. It also has various degrees of oscillation so you can customize it for different areas. Thats before talking about the filtration on this air filter Im no expert in particulates but the readout tells you lots of information more easily accessed on the ThinQ menus about all the particles its capturing in multiple size ranges. It also gives you a general readout like Good air quality. It is sensitive enough that one person taking a puff from a vape pen will change the readout from Good to Moderate for some time. If you are so inclined you can infer from the readouts how much of the filtered bits might be dust pollen or whatever else based on how much junk its filtered in any given nanometer size range which could be useful in telling where your in-home air filter is failing. There are numerous other features like temperature and humidity readouts sleep timers etc. It has a clean futuristic look and feels sturdy and well-made unlike a lot of brands that go for a similar aesthetic without the performance to back it up. Absolutely thrilled. Pricey. Worth it.

Living in California with dry dust and smoke I looked for an air purifier for two years and was so glad to get a Puricare as it is made by LG a brand whose technology I can trust versus a brand Ive never heard of. It gives me all the info I want to know in the display from the particulate size to the quality of the air in an easy color coded way. The UV Nano is so important for killing bacteria in the fan blades so I never have to worry about doing more than the regular cleaning. Its so super quiet to begin with and even quieter on sleep mode. I keep the slim remote bedside in case I want to change settings during the night. Love it--its fantastic in every way
