Really noisy but works great

We bought this microwave 2 1/2 weeks ago. It works great BUT it is the noisiest microwave we have ever used You cant adjust the fan when it is in use to make it quieter. We have tried everything we can think of - even called LG tech support. The videos they suggested didnt help. Guess we just got a noisy one. We have read other reviews that said it was quiet That is one of the reasons we bought it.

guy came once and could not remove microwave over over. We called LG. They said they would send people with the service guy to remove the microwave so that he could service it. No one came the guy refused to come because he said that we have to remove the microwave. AT his point We want a complete refond. We will tell everyone not to purchase any LG product. We purchased 2 ovens a refrig and 2 microwaves. We purchased 5-year warranties for the all but the 2 microwaves with only 1-year warranty. The microwave was delivered on March 29 and broke in mid may. That is not acceptable. Wort even is hour terrible service. It is not acceptable

I bought this microwave about a month ago and it was a great purchase. Our home had an LG microwave already installed when we purchased it and thats all it took to sell us on this appliance brand. This brand lasts forever and its a high-quality product. I 100 paid for this product and I really like it. Easy decision to replace microwave also quality and matching stainless handle and color of stainless. Big upgrade from old microwave technology. Love the way it matches everything and new features. Also nice to have the WiFi feature No need to reset the clock after power outages

Excellent Performance

We replaced our broken microwave different brand with this LG and we are very impressed with its performance. It is the same wattage as the previous one but it just warms faster and better. The popcorn setting on other brands never really worked on other microwaves we have owned but it is amazing on the LG. Almost zero un-popped kernels. The controls are straight forward. And it looks great with our LG stove.

First time for everything

I have never had to read a manual for any appliance in order to use it. Well as they say - Theres a first a time for everything Its not a bad thing that I had to read the manual to know how to operate it but it was kind of funny. Now as for the appliance itself. It works great. I think that is the bottom line here. Yes it looks great. Yes it is easy to clean - hey thats a big deal - but in reality what I need it to do is work and work well and turns out it does. Even if I did have to read the manual to be able to get it that way

Its more powerful than my old microwave so it took a little time to make adjustments to cooking time etc but it has been great. Stopped working after 5 weeks

After using the microwave for 5 weeks it stopped heating anything up. I scheduled a repair and was called by a service rep. Language barrier was significant. We waisted 45 minutes where the rep had me plug and unplug the microwave 4 times. I was then told to push the off button. There is t one. Finally they scheduled a repairman who had to change the thermostat and fuse. It now is working again.
